Joe Murrey is a retired engineer, technical writer, and consultant living in Maryland.

Mr. Murrey has worked as a process engineer for large-scale integrated circuit (LSICs) and semiconductor foundries in Mesa and Chandler, AZ. He has also worked as a Senior Systems Engineer and Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) for numerous software, network, and application development projects.

Mr. Murrey has been a life-long outdoorsman who enjoys lightweight backpacking, camping, fly-fishing, photography, and world geopolitics
