  • Letters From an American — Heather Cox Richardson’s Substack offers free or paid subscriptions to spot-on daily news commentary viewed in historical perspective. The most prominent living historians of the Twentieth Century and beyond are passing the torch to the next generation of historians; a new generation that is researching, recording, and writing about the events of our America; in Ms Richardson, they are passing that torch to an extremely competent author and historian. I salute Ms Richardson and her generation of truth-tellers!
  • Doomsday Watch – Doomsday Watch explores the geopolitical threats of tomorrow with Arthur Snell, former diplomat and head of the International section of the UK’s anti-terrorist Prevent program. Arthur Snell, is a co-founder of Orbis Business Intelligence along with Christropher Steele.
  • GZERO World — Ian Bremmer’s Eurasia Group features a Davos-level overview and analysis of world affairs. Larry Summers Alert!  Mr. Bremmer occasionally pushes Mr. Summers and other corporate killers of the Davos persuasion forward to balm or misinform the layman; however, his foreign policy analysis of Europe and Asia is usually among the most accurate.  Bremmer’s extended interviews are always relevant and first-order.
  • Making Sense — Sam Harris, philosopher and author explores important and controversial questions about the human mind, society, and current events. Mr. Harris is more politically conservative and more commercial than I am accustomed to seeing in his topic space, but his guests are usually interesting  people you and I don’t hear speak very often on topics such as meditation, psychotherapy, computer science, and related .
  • Dame Magazine — DAME is a women-led, independent, reader-funded magazine dedicated to producing journalism that is accessible, intersectional, and illuminating. We tell stories that are smart, progressive, and incisive, for readers who are savvy, curious, and forward-thinking.
