The Narrative of Lessons Learned on the Ground Moving Forward: Is The Media Buzzword Salad Sustainably Sourced at the end of the day?
There’s a lot of cliche to unpack here on the ground, but the bottom line is yes. With talking heads from PBS and CNN to “Focks” News all attuned to the same buzzword toolset, it’s far easier for “content consumers” to get the official corporate news stories from the “content creators” …even if you change channels every five minutes (roughly the time between ads for insurance companies). Prove this to yourself:
-
-
-
-
- Write down the buzzword phrases on the news story you are currently watching; always changing the channel every time you see “Flo from Progressive” or “Jake from State Farm.”
- After you’ve changed channels a few times, stitch your story fragments together end-to-end รก la William Burroughs and compare your composite with the front page of the Post, the Times, or The Onion, for that matter.

Does it seem that the sustainable green way forward would be to cut the corporate media cord and turn off this misinformational bullshit …on the ground going forward, that is. So Turn Off Your Fucking Phone and Look Up!!
