Joe Murrey is a retired engineer, technical writer, and a consultant living outside of the Beltway in the Washington, D.C. area. He has worked as an electromechanical process engineer for large scale integrated circuit and semiconductor foundries; also, he worked as a Senior Systems Engineer and System Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) for software and network development projects. Mr. Murrey’s educational background is Electrical Engineering Technology and in Manufacturing, Semiconductor Processes (AAS).
